Salary: $16.00/hour Salary to start ($20.00/hour with LLQP license) with commission (expected pay $50,000-60,000/annual)

Position Type: Full time

Language: Excellent oral and written English. Other languages are an asset but not required

Education and Certificate:

    • LLQP License, not required to start


    • Sales or professional background preferred
    • Previous Management experience an asset

Skills: Highly organized, advanced computer skills

Transportation: You are required to have a valid drivers license and vehicle

Work Environment: Coffee shops in building and near restaurants, mall, YRT and GO transit, and shopping stores

Job Description:

    • Managerial activities
      • Create training materials for call centre
      • Train call centre employees
      • Prepare and motivate their staff members to provide excellent service to customers
      • Set objectives, analyze call centre metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet goals and provide reliable, efficient support for customers
    • Project management
      • Review, customize, enhance, and expand CRM used in call centre
      • Coordinate processes on lead management
    • Sales support activities
      • Book appointments for Advisors from various lead campaign
      • Assign booked appointment to Advisors
    • Sale activities
      • Inside sales, Personal sales after you have your LLQP License
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Cover/assist other office positions during vacation, days off, or high workflow periods
