Contracting Coordinator

Location:
Newmarket
Salary: $18 / hr + Benefits
Hours: Permanent/Full Time, 37.5 hours/week
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities including but not limited to posting of job, booking job fairs etc.
- Administer phone screening
- Book interviews
- Provide licensing and contracting information to candidates
- Coordinate with MGA contracting department to ensure all new advisors are sponsored and contracted with all carriers
- Handle all APEXA requirements (will train)
- Set up new advisor on payroll system
- Set up, coordinate, and track new advisor training sessions and certifications
- Secure training location
- Coordinate with Wholesalers
- Coordinate with Advisors
- Provide onboarding session for new advisors
- Give them the required applications form
- Give them updated onboarding booklet and code sheets
- Assist in getting their computers set up with appropriate software
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- LLQP license recommended but not necessary
- Additional language (French in particular) preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Highly organized,
- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and general Internet use
- APEXA training preferred but will be provided for the right candidate
