The Position
- Meeting with existing clients:
- Reviewing existing coverage and identifying gaps
- Providing and completing a financial needs analysis
- Handling referrals and upsell opportunities
- Always have the best options and price
- Contracted with ALL carriers (over 30 of them)

- 8 full days on product training with various carriers
- 60-100 hours of field training (live for local, virtual for remote advisors)
- 7 days a week support line (9am to Midnight EST)
- Intranet training available soon

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- FSRA License is required, 1+ years experience minimum.
- Additional language (French in particular) preferred but not required.
- Driver’s license with own vehicle (currently 100% working from home, but post COVID some local client visits MAY be required.)
Preferred Skills
- Highly organized, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email and general Internet
