Service Advisor Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Newmarket

Salary: Performance Based

Hours: 40 hours / week

The primary duties include overseeing other members of the service team, developing, and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships. Must display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.

Managerial activities

  • Train, motivate and coach Service Advisors to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Set objectives, ensure that Service Advisors meet goals and provide reliable, efficient support for customers.
  • Developing, and implementing service procedures.

Personal Sales Activities

  • Meeting with existing clients:
  • Reviewing existing coverage and identifying gaps
  • Providing and completing a financial needs analysis
  • Handling referrals and upsell opportunities
  • Always have the best options and price
  • Contracted with ALL carriers {Over 30 carriers (all of them). Be able to ALWAYS have the best option and Rate for your client.}
  • Unparalleled training
  • 60-100 hours of field training (live for local, virtual for remote advisors)
  • 7 days a week support line (9am to Midnight EST)
  • Intranet training available soon

Qualifications and Education

  • FSRA License is required
  • Additional language (French in particular) preferred but not required.
  • Driver’s license with own vehicle
  • Previous Management Experience
  • Insurance background

Preferred Skills

  • Highly organized, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and general Internet use
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
