Accountant

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Newmarket and/or Remote

Level/Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus

Hours: Full time, 40h/Week

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Process complex commission payroll reconciliations.
  • This includes over 40 carriers and over 1,000 payment charts.
  • QuickBooks data entry & invoicing
  • Personal & corporate tax preparation & submission
  • Upgrade & automate current processes.
  • Sales reporting
  • Coordinate with other departments for sharing of information.
  • This is a senior role in the company.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Accounting Designation
  • Min 2 years related experience.
  • LLQP license recommended.
  • Additional language (French in particular) preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Highly organized, strong computer skills including strong Excel skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to problem solve
