Call Centre Manager

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Newmarket, Ontario

Salary: $40,000 salary plus

Hours: Full Time

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES

• Coordinate processes on lead management

• Schedule leads for Advisors

• Set objectives, analyze call center metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet goals and provide reliable,     efficient support for customers.


Sale activities if licensed

• Personal sales


Support activities

• Sales support for Advisors


 *Other duties as assigned

 **Cover/assist other office positions during vacation, days off or high workflow periods


Qualifications and Education



  • LLQP would be an asset
  • Previous experience of call center insurance sales preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Highly organized
  • Advanced computer skills
  • High Excel experience needed
  • Additional language preferred but not required
