Recruiter

Number of Positions: 1

Location: Newmarket, Ontario

Salary: Commission based $400/hire

Hours: Full Time or as agreed upon

The Position

Your role will be to fill a variety of full-time permanent positions with a particular emphasis on hiring financial advisors to accommodate an expected 300% growth for the company. The recruiter position would be ideally suited for a homemaker, a retiree, or a recent Human Resource graduate.



  • Recruiting across Ontario and other provinces
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Recruitment includes but is not limited to, sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening, testing, set up interviews, follow ups with recruits during licensing process.
  • Communicate with Hiring Manager during all facets of recruitment

Qualifications and Education

  • Previous experience working as a Recruiter
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms and practices
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources an asset

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent English oral and written
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
